Focus Workforce Management has begun hiring for a globally known distributor of outdoor lifestyle products in Deep River, CT. Under the direct supervision of the Assembly Supervisor, the Assemblers will be responsible for ensuring Assembly runs safely and efficiently while increasing production. This person will also be the liaison between purchasing, demand, and receiving. This position manages the operation of the production cells: managing rework projects, writing rework instructions, performing assembly operations, ordering product from warehouse, posting manufacturing orders, and backfill duties in warehouse and receiving as required.

- Ability to read and write reports
