- Moving product through the warehouse
- Loading/ Unloading Trucks
- Stacking Product for Shipping
- Use of a Pallet Jack
- Standing/ Walking for up to 8 hours
- Lifting/ Moving Boxes of Product
- Picking/ Packing Product
